Assistant Manager/Manager - Product Marketing

Designation - Assistant Manager/Manager – Product Marketing

Experience Level: 6 - 10+ years

Term - Full Time, Permanent

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive key projects and demand creation activities across India to enhance product adoption and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and key customers at senior management levels.
  • Conduct market studies to analyze requirements across India, identify emerging opportunities, and support future business growth.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the sales team in positioning LCD and TFT products in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, and operations) to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Represent the company in supplier meetings, industry events, and technical forums to strengthen market presence and industry relationships.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of product marketing experience in the electronic components distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of LCD and TFT display technologies.
  • Good understanding of the 2-Wheeler (2W), 4-Wheeler (4W), and Commercial Vehicle segments.
  • Strong connections with Automotive Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs.
  • Good understanding of automotive compliance requirements for 2W and 4W segments.
  • Ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings.
  • Knowledge of display communication interfaces such as RGB, LVDS, and MIPI.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders from both suppliers and customers at a strategic level.
  • Demonstrated success in demand creation and market development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Title - Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales

Experience - 5 to 8 years 

Domain - Sales/Marketing


Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales responsibility for handling assigned accounts in the north region to increase sales and market penetration.
  • Exploring new opportunities to increase the Business Revenue and Profit for the company.
  • Inventory optimization through stock monitoring/customers’ orders, etc.
  • Account Receivables Management.
  • Responsible for the controlled coordination of the overall supply chain management.
  • Responsible for establishing effective working relationships with both customers and Vendors.
  • MIS Reports on Business/Sales/Forecast Plans
  • Lead, coordinate with technical teams, and manage sales to ensure full client satisfaction in both pre and post sales activities.
  • Preparing and updating simulation sheets as per the latest backlogs for customers for order loading and rescheduling.
  • Getting approvals as and when required.
  • Follow up with the PM team to expedite the quote process
  • Part master creation in the UL system
  •  Actively participate in sales conference /, seminars/exhibitions


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Strong process knowledge of Sales Operations
  • Very strong in developing the Distribution Channel
  • Motivated sales team and partners with high morale
  • Reporting and feedback.
  • MIS Reports in Time
  • Strong communication channel at all levels of the customer organization and work towards the Growth Plan
